Our Counselling Service

Our Approach Counselling
At the heart of our practice is a commitment to creating safe, inclusive and supportive environments for every student. We recognise and celebrate neurodiversity, focus on strengths and understand the impact that life experiences can have on wellbeing and learning. By working alongside students, families and schools, we provide compassionate and evidence-informed support that helps young people thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Primary School Counselling
Our primary school counselling service provides a safe, engaging and supportive space where children can explore emotions, build resilience and develop social and emotional skills. Using play-based and age-appropriate approaches, we support children to understand themselves, navigate challenges and strengthen their confidence. Our practice is neuro-affirming, strengths-based and trauma-informed, recognising each child’s unique needs, abilities and experiences.

Secondary School Counselling
Our counselling service for adolescents supports young people through the challenges of growing up, including friendships, identity, wellbeing, school pressures and emotional health. We work collaboratively with students to build coping skills, increase self-awareness and promote wellbeing. Our neuro-affirming, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach empowers young people to recognise their strengths, understand their experiences and develop confidence in themselves and their future.
